Information we collect

We may receive the information you submit in an RFQ: product, grade or alloy, standard, dimensions, surface or temper, quantity, destination, application, Incoterm, requested timing and notes.

We may also receive your name, company, business email, country, optional WhatsApp and phone details, attachments, source page and campaign parameters. For security and abuse prevention, we may process limited technical data, such as a network address used temporarily for verification and rate limiting.

Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential or unnecessary files before we confirm an appropriate channel for your RFQ.

How we use personal information

• Review and respond to your RFQ and clarify technical or commercial requirements.
• Coordinate supply options, documents, inspection, packing and shipment when an inquiry progresses.
• Communicate about the requested quotation or resulting business relationship.
• Protect the form, prevent abuse and maintain reliable records.
• Meet applicable legal, accounting, regulatory or dispute-resolution obligations.

Turnstile and providers

When necessary to progress your request, we may share relevant details with supply, inspection, logistics or professional-service parties. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Retention

We keep inquiry data for the shortest necessary period to respond, manage a possible or active transaction, maintain required business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it, subject to backup cycles and mandatory recordkeeping.

Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction and deletion of your personal information; restrict or object to certain uses; withdraw consent where processing depends on consent; or request a portable copy where applicable.
